How to start saving money ?

January 02, 2022

Saving money is one of those resolutions that is always quickly abandoned. How many times have you not done it? So here are my Top Tips for Really Saving Money and Getting Rich!

Why do we fail most of the time ?

After a few weeks most of your resolutions are already forgotten because they are too vague. What does I really mean to save money actually mean? Not much if you don’t treat your resolutions like real goals: clear, precise, simple, quantified and dated. Define your path to success, month by month, and thus dramatically increase your ability to succeed instead of luck.

Keep the pace, to remind yourself of your goals every day and to learn how to save.

I will save $xxx every day

This is the most profitable of all the tricks, because once you have established your goal well, and you have started to implement it, after a few weeks it will have become an automatic reflex.

Quite often it even becomes a pleasure every day renewed, for you will literally see yourself getting rich, every day more.

I will invite people to my house, rather than going out

Going out costs a lot of money: restaurants, drinks, travel, parking, tips, etc.

If you do this less than before, and invite your friends over to your house, you’ll quickly save significant amounts of money - without diminishing your social contacts.

And you make a real gesture of openness and friendship: opening your house is also opening your heart!

I won’t buy anything on credit anymore

This is the easiest trick to implement.

The effects are immediate.

Credit is expensive, avoid it.

Although it should be avoided, you will often have to buy your car on credit. This should be your only exception to your good resolution.

Please note: I consider a home loan not as a loan, but as forced savings!

I turn my hobby into a source of income

Doing the things you love, and getting paid to do them, is one of the greatest pleasures in life.

The risks are minimal, the added value in happiness and money can become immeasurable!

I will eliminate impulse buying

Impulse buying is your biggest enemy when it comes to saving money.

Even if you make a lot of money, there is no point in spending it all as soon as you see a store.

Credit cards, on the other hand, give a false sense of free.

It’s never too late to save money and get rich, but every day is a earned day
